  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (if available at checkout)

International:

  • We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at alebisshop198@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
